I wrote two short profiles for Departures Magazine’s visionary issue. One is of Peggy Shepard, co-founder of WE ACT for Environmental Justice (she’s also in Earth Squad, my book for kids due out March 2021). The other is of Leah Penniman of Soul Fire Farm.
